2110 Club

The Phi Kappa Theta Iowa Xi Alumni Chapter is excited to announce a new giving opportunity called the 2110 Club.

Donations to the 2110 Club will be used for the upkeep of the interiors and exteriors of the properties located at 2110 Lincoln Way and 117 Beach Avenue.

Earmarked for the Building Corporation, donations will be used for major repairs and replacement of equipment, furniture, and fixtures as well as minor renovations.

Thank you for making a donation to the 2110 Club! Your gift, large or small, will make an impact.

To become a member of the 2110 Club, the minimum donation is $21/year.

Donors to the 2110 Club will be recognized annually.  

As an entry-level annual giving opportunity, the 2110 Club is perfect for encouraging initiated collegiate brothers and younger alumni to get into the habit of making an annual gift to Iowa Xi.

The 2110 Club is also suited for alumni of all ages.  This year we installed new doors on second and third floor, a new dishwasher, stove and oven in the kitchen, and new washer/dryers in the annex.  Would you like to help us cover costs for those long overdue upgrades? Gifts of all sizes are appreciated.
